Our exceptional Customer Service team helps make our customers' trips hassle-free and unforgettable – so much so that they come back to us for their future travel experiences. We are the human connection behind our online service. By phone and email, we organize personalized tours, help customers make reservations, reschedule bookings, manage cancellations and complaints, mediate reviews, and consult with customers to give recommendations for awesome things to do all over the world. We support our customers 365 days a year, but we have a flexible schedule and get time off for working on holidays. We are a young, passionate, and international team, representing 36 countries and 30 languages. With such diversity in the office, every day feels like we're on a trip in a new country!

Our open-minded team members are not afraid to share their thoughts and ideas. Many of us have experience in community or customer service where patience and a sense of humor are key. We’re a close-knit team; we celebrate birthdays together, organize many team events, and on Fridays you’ll often find us drinking a beer together after work. Travel is our passion. You don’t have to be Marco Polo to be part of the team, but we’re all heavy duty travelers who love to share our adventures.
